My husband and I love living at Burnt Store Marina so much we decided to live here permanently. He is retired but I am not ready to slow down just yet.

During my career in corporate advertising in Boston, I helped build brands for Fortune 500/1000 companies. I also co-founded three marketing companies promoting retail home furnishings brands. For the past 12 years my husband and I took a home based business from a phone and a web site, to become a national brand with 8 showrooms in 5 states, leveraging the power of internet marketing.
We have purchased residential real estate for profit, invested in vacation condos, commercial real estate, and negotiated retail leases in five states including New York City. This first-hand knowledge has taught me the best practices I can now offer my clients.
Our family began vacationing on the southern gulf coast of Florida in the mid-80s and fell in love with the area. In 1989, we invested in our first vacation rental property on Captiva Island. In 2014, we purchased our Burnt Store Marina condo at Harbor Towers as our winter home for retirement. We managed it as a vacation rental, recouping our yearly costs.
Now we’ve traded in our sweaters and boots to live life on endless summer vacation, with planned visits to Maine for family reunions. We couldn’t be happier.
